Device Repair Centre (DRC) specializes in Cellular and Laptop repairs. Television repairs was introduced in 2023.

DRC has been in operation since 2005 in Roodepoort (West Rand) Gauteng. Commencing with the repair of out of warranty cellular devices. We pride ourselves on quality, turn-around-times (TAT) and exceptional customer service delivered to our customers.

DRC is also a Level 4 B-BBEE contributor.

Turn Around Time

DRC takes pride in its TAT rate. Based on the Service Level Agreement with the insurance underwriters a 3 working day TAT is maintained on 98% of all repairs done. DRC can also adapt the TAT as required by a specific manufacturer.

Repair Ratio

The current repair ratio on all devices exceeds 80%.

Bounce Rate

The average bounce rate as measured by the insurance underwriters is currently at an average of 1%.

The DRC office has ample, safe parking, which is ideally located @ Clearwater Office Park, Millenium Boulevard, Strubens Valley in Roodepoort, GP.

Our work area has been designed for easy flow of devices from Admin, Stores to Technicians, Quality Control and Dispatch. Our premises can accommodate up to 16 technicians and 18 admin staff. All our staff members are highly skilled to handle any repair from Walk-In customers, Insurance Companies right upto Corporate Clients.

Some of our staff have been with DRC since inception and each staff member takes pride in the quality and turnaround time of all repairs. The wellbeing and knowledge of our staff is key to the success of our company.
